14-DAY COMPLIMENTARY RETURN POLICY

FLUKEXD offers complimentary returns and exchanges on all items within 14 days of the delivery date. We provide prepaid express return shipping labels for all domestic and international orders.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a full refund or size exchange, returned footwear must meet the following strict criteria:

• Shoes must be completely **unworn, undamaged, and in pristine condition**. We strongly recommend trying them on a soft carpeted surface first.
• Must be returned in the **original shoe box** with all packaging intact (tissue paper, custom dust bags, shoe horns, and authentication certificates).
• Shoe boxes must not be used directly as the shipping container; they must be enclosed in an outer shipping box to prevent damage.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. Go to our Contact Page and select "Return/Exchange Inquiry" as the subject.
2. Provide your **Order ID** and the reason for return/exchange (please specify the new size requested if exchanging).
3. Our concierge team will review your request and email you a prepaid DHL/FedEx express shipping label and packing instructions within 24 hours.
4. Pack the shoes securely, attach the shipping label, and drop the parcel off at your nearest shipping center.

REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE

Once your returned package arrives at our inspection facility in Florence, Italy, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card or Bank Transfer) within 5-7 business days.
