HOW DO I FIND MY CORRECT SHOE SIZE?
FLUKEXD sneakers generally fit true to size. If you normally wear a half-size, we recommend selecting the next whole size up (e.g., if you wear US 8.5, order US 9). For specific measurements, please refer to the interactive Size Guide on each product detail page.
WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED IN THE CONSTRUCTION?
Every pair of FLUKEXD sneakers is handcrafted in Florence, Italy, using premium Italian full-grain calfskin leather, high-performance engineered mesh, and carbon fiber structural support shanks. Our outsoles are engineered from custom dual-density responsive compound for maximum longevity and comfort.
HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
We offer complimentary express shipping worldwide. Domestic shipping within Thailand takes 1-3 business days. International express air freight takes 3-7 business days depending on customs processing in the destination country. All parcels are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SNEAKERS?
For full-grain calfskin areas, clean with a damp soft cloth and apply high-quality neutral leather conditioner periodically. For engineered mesh areas, use a soft bristle brush with mild sneaker cleaning solution. Avoid machine washing and keep away from direct heat sources.
